COOK Oven Bag

Oven bags are heat-resistant polyester or nylon casings that are used for cooking foods including meat derivatives and vegetables. Oven bags trap natural fluids in the food and prevent desiccation. Foods cooked in COOK Over Bag protect their flavor, odor and nutritional values; there will be no need to clean the oven after cooking. Cooking time is shortened by oven bags, oil adding is not necessary for cooking preparation. You can use the remaining pot liquor in the bag to give flavor to your dishes.

COOK Oven Bag manufactured in compeletely hygienical environments does not contain any plastics such as BPA and phthalate that are harmful to health. As per the Turkish Food Codex, it can be used in normal or microwave ovens in temperatures not exceeding 200 degrees. • Preheat your oven not to exceed 200 degrees.
• Coat inside of the bag with 1 teaspoon of flour.
• After putting the material to be cooked, fasten the bag tightly with the ruffles from the package.
• To discharge excess steam, open a few tiny holes by means of a needle.
• Place the bag on a tray not shallower than 6cm in the oven.
• After cooking, take the bag out of the oven and cut the bag, then service the mate.
